Terms and Conditions

A 25% non refundable booking fee is required to secure your animal portrait, followed by a further 25% payment prior to commencement of the commission. The remainder will be paid upon completion, prior to posting.
No commissions will be started or posted without having received payment.
All payment to be sent via BACS, or the links provided , details will be forwarded as and when required with receipt issued.
No other form of payment will be accepted.
Two progress updates will be provided to ensure my client is happy throughout. Should any alterations be required they need to be specified whilst the drawing is being completed.
All updates will have Nadine Carey Art across the image.
Drawings will be posted on my social media pages unless specified by the customer. Please state if the drawing is a gift. In this instance the drawing will be posted online once the gift has been received
No print of your bespoke commissioned portrait will be sold at events. Your portrait is unique.

What mediums do you work with?

All materials used are of high quality and lightfast. My main medium is coloured or pastel pencil but also use acrylic, watercolor, and ink.

Do you offer custom framing for your artwork?

Yes, I offer custom framing for any of my original pieces. I work with a trusted local framer to ensure the highest quality framing for each piece.

What is your return policy?

Finished art work is non returnable. I will send several photographs during the process
